Many journeys on the Citylink network require a seat to be reserved in advance of travel, eg Glasgow and Edinburgh to Inverness and Aberdeen. To ensure seat availability please call 08705 50 50 50 between 7am and 10pm. We will advise you on how to fill in the reservation details on your Explorer Pass.

Alternatively you can visit our Travel Centres at the bus stations in Glasgow and Perth, the Tourist Information Centre on Princes Street, Edinburgh, or at the Ferry Terminal in Stornoway.

Seat reservations are free for Explorer Pass holders, subject to availability. Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

Explorer Pass is valid for unlimited travel on all Scottish Citylink services within Scotland on the dates shown on the Pass. It also offers additional benefits and discounts with a series of third parties as advertised.

Refunds cannot be given for the days when the Pass is not used.

Unused Passes will be refunded, less a 30% cancellation fee, provided it is tendered before the commencement date.

Travel is not permitted on National Express services or on Scottish Citylink Service 923 (Glasgow-Ayr-Stranraer-Belfast).

The Pass is not transferable and the customer must produce evidence of identity if requested.

Scottish Citylink reserve the right to cancel any transaction and/or withdraw the Pass if the full terms are not met.

All customers travelling are subject to the Standard Conditions of Carriage of Scottish Citylink Coaches Ltd.
