Ticketmaster customers who have purchased Hydro Connect tickets with travel must reserve their specific departure location, date and time via our booking system. This will be available to book 2 days after the purchase of your event ticket and will be available up to the Sunday the 24th of August.

To book your ticket please use the journey planner on the left where you select your origin, destination, date and time of travel. The booking procedure should be followed through to the payment details page where you will key in your ticketmaster reference/number by clicking on the ticketmaster button, this will then process the booking free of charge.

Please note that you will be charged for any delivery cost if applicable

This process can be carried out by either calling 08705 50 50 50, online or by visiting any Citylink sales outlet.
