Crowds enjoyng a gigWe’ve teamed up with Gardening Scotland, to encourage passengers to take the coach instead of the car to Ingliston, Edinburgh

Gardening Scotland 2010, Scotland’s National Gardening and Outdoor Living Show, will take place from 4 until 6 June at The Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh.

From inspirational show gardens to the awe-inspiring Dobbies Floral Hall, filled with the colour and scent of the thousands of beautiful blooms, there is something to excite every gardener whatever their interests.

The popular Pallet Garden Challenge will return, with schools, nurseries and gardening clubs from across the country competing to create micro-plots while in the Big Back Garden the emphasis will be on family games, barbecues and productive vegetable plots.

For grow-you-own enthusiasts, this year’s Show will offer great displays of mouth-watering crops and all the advice needed to achieve the same results at home.  There will be more environmental advice on offer in The Living Garden, which will have experts in every field of ecology, from Bug Life to Plant Life Scotland, will be on hand to give out the latest tips on ‘green’ living.

Add to all this a vibrant Craft Fair, a Food Fayre, The BBC Scotland Beechgrove Theatre, Cookery Demonstrations, as well as displays by the Scottish Association of Flower Arrangement Societies and it all adds up to a great day out.
