Scottish Citylink and Scottish Rugby Extend Matchday Travel Partnership

Scottish Citylink, Scotland’s premier coach company, has secured its place in the RBS 6 Nations Championships having teamed up once again with Scottish Rugby, the driving force behind the sport in Scotland, to provide reduced priced matchday travel for all supporters visiting Murrayfield Stadium.

T in the parkThe Official transport provider is absolutely the fastest and greenest way to come to T in the Park. Our coach services will drop you off at the festival entrance, so no long walks from the car parks with all your camping gear…phew!

To prevent long queues and unnecessary waiting, you must travel at the time stated on your ticket. Please do not turn up until your allocated time. You will not be able to travel until the time on your ticket. This is to ensure that there is enough capacity at the correct times for all passengers. You must have a valid festival ticket to travel.

We will be continuing to provide services from Aberdeen, Alloa, Airdrie, Armadale, Aviemore, Ayr, Bathgate, Blackburn, Broxburn, Cowdenbeath, Cupar, Dunfermline, East Kilbride, Falkirk, Glenrothes, Greenock, Hamilton, Inverness, Kelty, Kilmarnock, Kirkcaldy, Livingston, Motherwell, Paisley, Pitlochry, St Andrews, Stirling and Whitburn.

Connecting services available from London, Birmingham, Manchester and Preston via Glasgow and Newcastle, Scotch Corner, Sheffield and Wakefield via Edinburgh. These services are operated by megabus and can be booked through the Citylink website.

You can buy your coach ticket from our call centre on 08705 501 501 or online. Tickets must be purchased in advance of travel.

We will be providing wheelchair accessible vehicles over the weekend - please call us for details and to book these services on 0871 266 3333.

Ticketmaster Bookings


How to book your travel...

Ticketmaster customers who have purchased T tickets with travel must reserve their specific departure location, date and time via our booking system. This will be available to book from 22nd March until 7th June 2010.

Please note that you must have a citylink ticket to travel and will not be allowed to travel with your event ticket or ticketmaster confirmation.

To book your ticket please use the journey planner where you select your origin, destination, date and time of travel. The booking procedure should be followed through to the payment details page where you will key in your ticketmaster reference/number by clicking on the ticketmaster button, this will then process the booking free of charge.

Example: Ticketmaster Ref: 99-54689 (you don't have to enter the /UK3 etc part of the reference)

**Please note that you will be charged for any delivery cost if applicable**

This process can be carried out by either calling 0871 266 3333 , online or by visiting any Citylink sales outlet.

Weekend (NO CAMPING) Coach Packages


This is a new limited ticket type which includes day access on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and three return Citylink journeys. This ticket is only available to purchase from Tickemaster.

Available for Citylink zones 1-3 only.  See zone information above for departure points.  Camping is not included.

Weekend Coach package customers will have access to the arena from 5pm on Friday 9th July and 11am on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th July.  Please keep arena opening times in mind when booking your date and time of travel.  You will have to travel at the time you select.

Your coach tickets must be validated on the coach and presented along with your event ticket to authorise access to the event.

Customers are advised to make their way to the coach departure point after the last act finishes on the stages.  Last coach will depart at approximately 00.30am on Friday and 23:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
