New Citylink Call Centre Number
From Monday 8th March the Citylink Call Centre number will change to 0871 266 33 33. Would customers please note that calls cost 10p/min from BT landlines. Charges from other providers or mobiles may vary.

Music fans urged not to miss the bus on travel to T in the Park
With this year’s T in the Park only a few weeks away, Scottish Citylink is reminding festival-goers to make sure they confirm their travel plans in advance.
Citylink’s fast and frequent shuttle buses are the best way to travel to the event with the minimum of fuss. Services will be running between the festival site in Balado, Kinross and 26 towns and cities across the country.
Unlike in previous years, Citylink passengers will need to book a time to travel and must travel at the time stated on their ticket in order to keep queues to a minimum.
Buses will be taking revellers to and from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee from the morning ofThursday 10th July until the afternoon of Monday 14th July.
Special services will also be running from Aberdeen, Alloa, Airdrie, Aviemore, Ayr, Cowdenbeath, Cupar, Dunfermline, East Kilbride, Falkirk, Glenrothes, Greenock, Hamilton, Inverness, Kelty, Kilmarnock, Kirkcaldy, Motherwell, Paisley, Pitlochry, St Andrews and Stirling.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles will also be running on services over the weekend.
Nicola Campbell, Marketing Manager at Scottish Citylink, said: “T in the Park has grown year after year to become one of the highlights on the Scottish summer calendar.
“We are delighted to support T in the Park again this year and will be offering fans in towns and cities across Scotland direct travel to the festival site.
“Most people prefer traveling to festivals by coach as it’s hassle-free, cheap and a good way of reducing your carbon footprint.
“We are advising people to book in advance to guarantee they don't miss out on a seat to get to this popular festival and also to avoid unnecessary queuing on the day.”
Now in its 15th year, the 2008 festival promises to be the best yet with some of the biggest acts in rock, indie and dance music as well as up-and-coming artists. The dazzling lineup features headline slots from The Verve, REM, Kaiser Chiefs, Prodigy, Ian Brown and Primal Scream
An event spokesman said: “Last year’s event cemented our reputation as one of the country’s top events for the summer and, with big names such as Amy Winehouse and Rage Against The Machine performing, this year’s event promises to be really special.
“T in the Park is delighted to be continuing its relationship with Scottish Citylink to provide fans with a fast and convenient way to travel to the event.”
