Scottish Citylink has launched a new free internet booking initiative to further improve its service to passengers.

My Citylink helps to make on-line booking faster and more efficient for customers by providing the opportunity to register their details at www.citylink.co.uk.

The safe and secure web facility also allows customer to store personal details including credit card information and a favourite journey.

To reward customer loyalty, customers who register on ‘My Citylink’ will benefit from a 10% discount on travel in October when they book on-line.

Students who register at ‘My Citylink’ will automatically receive a student discount card guaranteeing them 20% off travel whether booked on-line, through the call centre, from an agent or on-board the coach. When booking on-line through My Citylink they will also receive a further 10% discount.

Paul Murphy, Marketing Manager, said: “On-line booking has been a great success with 10% of tickets now booked through our website and this new initiative will make it even more attractive.”
