Thousands of tourists to see Glasgow film
A high profile film that was created for the launch of the Glasgow: Scotland with style campaign is to be seen by thousands of people travelling between Glasgow airport and the city centre.

Councillor Mosson joins Neil Wood and Stephen Farrell onboard and in front of one of the Scottish Citylink coaches.
The film, featuring stylish images of Glasgow and a soundtrack by emerging local band the B Men, was one of the highlights at the March launch of the city’s new branding campaign.
Following discussions between Glasgow: Scotland with style and Scottish Citylink, the film will now be seen by 50,000 local, national and international travellers each month.
Directed by award-winning director David Boni, the film will be screened more than 70 times a day on the Scottish Citylink shuttle buses travelling between Glasgow International Airport and the city.
Announcing the news, Councillor Alex Mosson, Chairman of Greater Glasgow & Clyde Valley Tourist Board, said: “Glasgow: Scotland with style aims to position the city as a fun, stylish and exciting place to visit and invest in, and this initiative with Scottish Citylink will take our message to a wider national and international audience.
“This film is a great advertisement for the city and embodies all the values of the Glasgow: Scotland with style campaign; the city’s international appeal, its fantastic architecture, great shops, vibrant nightlife, world-class galleries and museums and friendly people.”
Councillor Mosson joined Neil Wood, Managing Director of Scottish Citylink and Stephen Farrell from the B Men onboard one of the coaches.
Neil Wood said: “Our airport service is very popular with more and more people taking advantage of our fast and frequent service and it provides the perfect opportunity to highlight the wide and varied attractions, which Glasgow has to offer.
“We are delighted to bring the Glasgow: Scotland with style message to thousands of passengers and to play our part in supporting the city.”
Stephen Farrell, lead singer with the B-Men and author of the track Away with Me, which features on the film, said: “This is a great opportunity for the B-men to reach an international audience as well as a great honour to provide the soundtrack for a film welcoming visitors to the city.”
Issued by the BIG partnership on behalf of Scottish Citylink.
