Reservable Journeys

  • Many journeys on the Citylink network require a seat to be reserved in advance of travel, eg Glasgow and Edinburgh to Inverness and Aberdeen. To ensure seat availability please call 0871 266 3333 between 7 am and 10 pm. We will advise you on how to fill in the reservation details on your Explorer Pass.
  • Alternatively, you can visit our Travel Centres at the bus stations in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth, or at the Ferry Terminal in Stornoway.
  • Seat reservations are free for Explorer Pass holders, subject to availability. Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.


Conditions

  • Explorer Pass is valid for unlimited travel on all Scottish Citylink services - with the exception of Service 923/924 (Stranraer-Belfast) on the dates shown on the Pass. It also offers additional benefits and discounts with a series of third parties as advertised.
  • Refunds cannot be given for the days when the Pass is not used. Unused Passes will be refunded, less a 30% cancellation fee, provided it is tendered before the start date.
  • The Pass is not transferable and the customer must produce evidence of identity if requested.
  • Scottish Citylink reserve the right to cancel any transaction and/or withdraw the Pass if the full terms are not met.
  • All customers travelling are subject to the Standard Conditions of Carriage of Scottish Citylink Coaches Ltd.Details of the offer may be subject to alteration without prior notice.
