Fully accessible vehicles operate across our entire network.

If you wish to check availability on a specific journey and book travel for yourself or a wheelchair user please call 0141 352 4444 (calls charged at standard rate) or email with details of the journey you wish to make. Our contact centre is open daily from 8am to 8pm.

If there is room on the trip, then a reservation will be made for you and your mobility device. If the trip you want is full, the agent will suggest another departure. Please also tell the agent if you are being accompanied on your trip and a reservation will also be made for the other members of your party.

We recommend you make your reservation as early as possible, ideally no less than 36 hours before the intended date of travel. If there is room available on a journey you wish to make; we will always accommodate wheelchair passengers, however a reservation is always recommended.
