Customer Service Advisor

Scottish Citylink is a joint venture, 65% owned by Comfort DelGro and 35% owned by Stagecoach UK Bus, operating a network of express coach services to, from and within Scotland under the Scottish Citylink, Citylink Gold and megabus.com brands.  

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to work within our Travel Centre based at Buchanan Bus Station, Glasgow.

We’ll provide all the technology and training, and in return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm, passion for customer service, natural talent for connecting with people, quick problem-solving ability and positive, can do attitude. You’ll be a great listener, confident communicating face to face with customers and using computers and love working as part of a collaborative team.

Our aim is to always put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll be doing? 

- Organising travel arrangements for travel all over the UK.
- Using expert knowledge to find the best journey to suit the customer’s needs and budget.
- Sometimes, arrangements need to be changed - so we help with that too.
- Occasionally things just don’t go to plan, so we make every effort to help make things right.
- Offering a wide range of tickets and products to help get the customer on the move.
- Handling cash and processing card payments

Rate of Pay:
