Email us at info@citylink.co.uk — our customer service team are available every day from 8 am to 6 pm. If your enquiry is related to lost property, please log a lost property report here. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 48 hours.

Message us on Facebook or send us a tweet. Our social media team are here to help every day from 9am to 6pm. Twitter and Facebook messages will be responded to within 15 minutes — this is the fastest way to get a response from us.
