Taking a trip to Belfast
The Northern Irish capital is alive with culture and entertainment, from festivals and live music to world-class attractions, delicious food, drink, and more just waiting to be uncovered. Famous in many ways, Belfast was the birthplace of the RMS Titanic and the main filming location for the popular TV series – Game of Thrones. We’re not finished there, enjoy a shopping spree at the CastleCourt Shopping Centre before heading off to St George’s Market to sample some local produce and have a tipple or two.
The Capital of Northern Ireland
Belfast, the largest city in the North of Ireland, sits beautifully on the River Lagan and is steeped in history and culture. Enjoy some of the top attractions, including the atmospheric Crumlin Road Gaol and walking tours of the famous Belfast murals and landmarks.

Explore local attractions
If you’re looking for a city full of culture and history, Belfast is the one for you. Find out all about the history of the city by taking the iconic ‘Belfast Black Cab Tour’, before heading on down to the Giant’s Causeway where you can learn all about the legend of Finn MacCool, the Irish giant, and Benandonner, the Scottish giant, and how the causeway was created. If that’s not enough to get you started, you can wander down to the set of Game of Thrones and the Titanic Experience.
Experience food and drink
After a long day of exploring, you’ll need some delicious food and Belfast has lots of great options to choose from. Experience some local delicacies at the 5-star Holohan's Pantry or The Coffee House Bistro, or, if you’re looking for some Vegan or Vegetarian options, Belfast has plenty of options.
Belfast is brimming with trendy bars and lively cocktail bars – serving a range of local and international beer, wines, spirits, and mouth-watering cocktails. If you’re after more of a party vibe or just to enjoy the traditional live Irish music scenes, Belfast can cater for it all.
