We’ve been working very hard to keep our services running, whilst aiming to protect the safety of all customers and our people.
As more people return to work, to help keep everyone safe we have reduced the number of seats availble on our coaches to promote social distancing, so we're increasing the frequency of our services especailly at busy times from 29 June.
The service level will deliver more than enough seats to meet the current demand levels and the timetable will be kept under regular review to react to any further developments.

*If you are travelling with us to Belfast please note that from Monday 15 June Stena Line have advised that wearing a face covering will be mandatory on the ferry sailing between Cairnryan and Belfast. All passengers must wear a face covering when travelling through ports and on vessels Children under the age of three and individuals with a breathing condition, illness or disability that prevents or hinders them from wearing a face covering are exempt from this requirement.

If you’re working in the NHS or a key worker elsewhere, thank you for looking after us all. We’ve tried hard with our temporary timetables to make sure we continue to maintain critical routes. But if you feel we haven’t got things quite right with these or you’re concerned about the number of people travelling on your service making it difficult to practice social distancing, please send us your feedback
At this uncertain time, we want to reassure you that our absolute priority is to protect the safety of our customers and our own employees. Our focus is on how best we can maintain essential services, safeguard jobs and ensure that we continue to be a central part of our economy and communities.
Our expert teams are following the very latest advice from the Government and public health authorities regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).
Government and public health advice is to avoid all non-essential travel on public transport . We know that key workers aren’t able to work from home and we’re doing our best to make sure that they’re able to get to where they need to be. We support the government advice to regularly wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water, or use a hand sanitiser gel if soap and water isn’t available to protect yourself and your fellow passengers. We’ve issued detailed and regular reminders to our own teams about hygiene good practice and the importance of hand washing.
We already have well-established and rigorous cleaning regimes for our coaches and we’re continuing to enhance the measures we have in place in response to the developing situation with more regular cleaning of the main customer touch-points such as hand poles and grab rails.
Don't forget you can use contactless as a method of payment on all of our services, which keeps us all a little safer as it reduces the need for contact.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we’re working differently to best support our staff and customers.
Unfortunately, our call centre will now close from 6pm on Saturday 28th March following government advice around social contact. However, emails will continue to be picked up and our social media team are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
