Coronavirus (COVID - 19) Latest Information - Updated 05.01.21

With lockdown announced across mainland Scotland, we know many of you will be looking for information for how lockdown will affect our service. We’ll continue to keep you updated as we make decisions. For now, our coaches are running to their current timetable but you can keep up to date with any changes by checking our timetable page and service updates.

Please do not travel into or out a level 3 or level 4 local authority areas except for very specific purposes. 

Our commitment to your safety and well-being

You can travel on our services with confidence. We pay special attention to the items you come into contact with - handrails, bells, seats, poles - to make sure they're regularly and thoroughly cleaned.

If you can, walking and cycling are good alternatives to getting where you need to go. If you travel by coach, please follow the latest guidance set out in our travelling safely guides.

To help keep everyone safe we had reduced the number of seats available on our coaches to promote social distancing. However, we are¬†pleased to let you know that we’ve been able to increase capacity, allowing one person to sit in each double seat, leaving the seat in front and beside you empty. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we’re working differently to best support our staff and customers.

Unfortunately, our call centre and travel centres are currently closed following government advice around social contact. However, emails will continue to be picked up and our social media team are available from 9am to 6pm, daily.
